Make and Organise Bookings

This is so easy to use and totally secure as once a booking has been made and a driver assigned to it no one can delete or alter that booking without the correct level of authority. When you create a new booking you will add details such as the name and contact details of the person that will be travelling with you, you will also be able to state whether the journey is a single or return.

Once a booking has been made you can then check the status of the booking to see if it is Done, Pending, Waiting or Cancelled. These bookings can then be locked from a set time before the job, this can be anything from 1 hour to 24 hours before the job is due to start. This gives you total control over all bookings made on the system which puts you in the driving seat.
